Invoices can be viewed and printed in the Personal Finance section of your MyACCA account.  

 

To view the invoice or receipt, please ensure your browser is set up to allow pop ups and Adobe must be installed on your device to download the file. If you cannot view them, we recommend that you clear your cache and cookies and try again.

Adding a secondary address 

In order to generate an invoice with your secondary address, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Select your name on the top right of your MyACCA, and select My details

  2. Scroll down and enter the secondary address in the Care of party address section and select Submit

  3. Once this says Details updated successfully, select Finance > Personal

  4. Scroll to the invoice you wish to reflect your secondary address and select Regenerate. 

  5. Once you've done this, allow 15 minutes, refresh your browser and then select Download, and your invoice will state your updated address. 

 

Annual subscription 

Please note that payments for your annual subscription fee may take up to 15 minutes to display on your account, after which receipts can be viewed and printed in the Personal finance section of your account. To find them, scroll down to the ‘statements and payment advice’ section at the bottom of the page. 

 

Reduced subscriptions 

If you have applied for a reduced subscription and received confirmation that your application has been approved, please note that it may take up to seven days for your balance to update on your account. 

 

Before 20 December 2024 

If you need proof of payment made before 20 December 2024, please open a case using the option below.

Please note that from 08:30 on 4 February to 09:30 on 9 February, the Personal finance section of the MyACCA portal will experience a system outage. During this time, we will be unable to process bank transfers and allocate unapplied credits to invoices during this period. This can affect retrieving receipts.
