Member - Check your eligibility for the Oxford Brookes degree

ACCA members who have:

• passed Financial Reporting, Audit and Assurance, and Financial Management (Papers F7 to F9, or earlier versions since 2000) as ACCA examinations. Note: members who passed the equivalents of FR, AA, and FM before the year 2000 are not eligible.

• completed the Ethics and Professional Skills module (or earlier Professional Ethics Module)

• good standing (with respect to ACCA fees and CPD requirements) 

   

are eligible for the BSc Applied Accounting. 

ACCA members who remain in good standing and meet the eligibility requirements set out above will have until May 2026 to submit their RAP. 

The following rules still apply 

1. Papers FR, AA or FM (previously F7, F8 & F9) must be taken and passed.  If you hold exemptions for any of these papers, then unfortunately you are not eligible for the programme. It's a programme requirement that these papers are taken as ACCA examinations to meet core university requirements.  A pass in a Strategic Professional paper cannot replace an exemption in these papers. 

2. You must have completed an ethics module.  This is a core requirement and if you've not yet completed EPSM (or equivalent) you must do so prior to submission of a project. 

3. The three-submission limit remains.  If you have already submitted three times since Period 17 (2008), you will not be able to submit.  

However, if you have submitted three times previously and any of these submissions were prior to Period 17 then please contact Oxford Brookes for confirmation of your status. 

Oxford Brookes will check your membership record with ACCA to confirm that your CPD is up to date. There's no need to provide Oxford Brookes with confirmation of this.
