Once you’ve contacted WES and received your WES reference number, we can send your documents directly to them.

 

If your account is active and you have no outstanding fees, we can send:

  • your exam history transcript

  • a letter of good standing

  • a letter of equivalency

 

Inactive account or outstanding fees?
If your account is inactive or you have unpaid fees, we cannot provide a letter of good standing. Transcripts will be chargeable.

 

To protect your financial information, please do not share credit card details through the “Contact Us” form. Payments can be made securely by calling us on +44 (0)141 582 2000. We’ll send your documents once payment is received.

 

To complete your WES request, please provide:

  • your title and full name as shown in the My details section of your MyACCA account

  • your ACCA contact reference (registration number)

  • your WES reference number

If you have all your details, please raise a case quoting WES and your WES reference number.

We’ll send your documents to WES within 10 working days.

 

How we send your documents
We use Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) to send your documents safely and quickly.

WES receives your documents instantly. For updates, please check your My Accounton the WES website.

 

WES will update your account within 7 working days of receiving your documents.
