To give consent for how we can contact you and by which method, please log in to the Contact Preferences section of your MyACCA account.
At the top right hand side click on your name and then Contact Preferences
A new page will open
Update your correspondence, updates and information section
Click Submit to save the changes.
Please also make sure your email address and mobile number are up to date in the My details section of your MyACCA account.
Remember to also check your spam or junk mail folder, as sometimes emails from us can be directed there.
