The existing login process has been removed and Contact Partners will need to use their ACCA Member ID to login to their Firm’s account. Your existing Firm ID will no longer work and if attempted will result in an error message.
Each additional member associated with the Firm (employee) will also need to use their individual ACCA Member ID to access the account.
If you require access as an administrator (non-ACCA member), please speak to your contact partner who will be able to add you to the system.
