If you've previously submitted a case or application to ACCA and need to add additional documentation, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your myACCA portal.
Click on Help located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
In the Cases section, find the relevant application or case. Any applications you’ve recently submitted will have a corresponding case listed here.
Click on the Case number to open the case details.
In the Documents section, select Choose File.
Upload the relevant documents.
Locate the Portal Comments section, select Add Comment, and leave your comments for our customer service team to review your recent update.
Please note that the maximum file size is 15 MB. We accept documents in the following formats: .pdf, .jpg, .tiff, .png, .bmp, and .gif.
