Upcoming system downtime
MyACCA will be unavailable from 17 - 29 April as we carry out essential improvements to our systems – including an updated MyACCA portal launching on 29 April 2026.
In the lead up to the systems downtime, some services will be unavailable.
You can reach us through your MyACCA account until 16 April 2026. We'll try to come back to you as soon as possible, however, it may be after our systems are back online on 29 April 2026. Or you can contact us once our systems are back on 29 April 2026.
For urgent queries you can contact our Customer Services team by phone, however, teams will be unable to action requests or provide personalised advice until our systems are back online.
Please plan ahead and find out what this means for you.
You can download and print your ACCA certificates from the Personal documents section of your MyACCA account. If you prefer a printed certificate, delivery by post can take up to 8 weeks. Please check that your postal address is correct in the My details section of your account. In some countries, certificates are dispatched via your local ACCA office. For a list of these countries, visit ACCA Global.
Accessing previously gained certificates
Certificates are available to download and print free of charge from the Personal documents section of your MyACCA account, typically within 72 hours of completing exams or modules.
If the certificate you need is not displayed, please open a new case using the button below and we will investigate and send you an electronic version. If you have issues downloading or accessing a certificate, try our troubleshooting steps or open a new case for support.
Note: Our certificate printing system is linked to our legacy platform. If your annual subscription was paid in the new system, the old system may show your subscription as outstanding. If this affects access to your certificates, please open a new case and we will arrange to issue your electronic certificates.
Fellowship (FCCA) certificates
Your fellowship certificate recognises five consecutive years of continuous ACCA membership. We will post your fellowship certificate shortly after your fellowship status has been confirmed. Delivery by post can take up to 8 weeks (this may vary depending on local postal services).
In some locations, certificates are dispatched via your local ACCA office, please check with your local office.
You can also download your fellowship certificate from the Personal documents section of your MyACCA account.
Not received your certificate?
If you have not received your membership or fellowship certificate after 8 weeks, please raise a case confirming the mailing address the certificate should be posted to and we will investigate.
Please also check whether a downloadable version is available in the Personal documents section of your MyACCA account, and ensure your address is up to date in My details.
Inactive or suspended accounts
If your account is currently suspended, there is a standard fee for the request and issue of your certificates. Please call us on +44 (0)141 582 2000 to make payment over the phone. After payment, your certificate will be emailed to you. Note that membership or fellowship certificates cannot be issued to inactive members.
Further information about ACCA certificates can be found on ACCA Global.
