How to set up a Direct Debit
Setting up a Direct Debit is simple:
Download the Direct Debit mandate form
Complete the form
Upload the form by opening a new case below
Please submit your form by the first Friday in December to allow time for processing. Your subscription payment will be collected on or around 1 January.
Important information
The Direct Debit only covers your annual subscription. Other fees must be paid separately.
The full subscription fee will be collected, even if you have credit on your account. Any credit can be used for future payments or refunded on request.
