You can download your certificate free of charge from the Personal documents section of your MyACCA account. This is the quickest way to access your certificate while you wait for a printed copy.
If you’ve lost or damaged your certificate
If you’ve lost or damaged your physical certificate, we can provide a replacement. In some cases, a fee applies and will be added to your account when you submit the request. To confirm if a fee applies to your request, visit ACCA Global. If you’ve changed your name, we’ll issue a replacement certificate free of charge.
Waiting for a posted certificate?
Printed certificates can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Please make sure your postal address is correct in the My details section of your MyACCA account.
In some countries, certificates are sent to your local ACCA office. You can find a list of these countries on ACCA Global. If this applies to you, please check with your local office for delivery.
If your certificate hasn’t arrived
If your certificate hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, or it was damaged during delivery, please let us know. You can do this by opening a new case using the button below.
Before you contact us, check the Personal documents section of your account. You may be able to download and print your certificate immediately.
Inactive or suspended accounts
If your account is currently suspended, there is a standard fee for the request and issue of your certificates. To protect your financial information, please do not share credit card details through the “Contact Us” form. Payments can be made securely by calling us on +44 (0)141 582 2000. After payment, your certificate will be emailed to you. Note that membership or fellowship certificates cannot be issued to inactive members.
