You can manage how we contact you and by which method through your MyACCA account.

Steps to update your preferences

1. Log in to your MyACCA account

2. Click on your name at the top right-hand side and select Contact Preferences

3. A new page will open

4. Update your communication and marketing preferences

5. Click Submit to save your changes  

Please also ensure your email address and mobile number are up to date in the My details section of your account.

Changes may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account.

Email delivery tips

Sometimes emails from ACCA may be directed to your spam or junk mail folder, so it’s worth checking there if you're not receiving expected communications.
