Pakistan

To request for your ACCA certificate locally attested in Pakistan, you must first get it attested by the British Council or ACCA, and then get it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or its regional offices in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, or Quetta. You will likely need a copy of your certificate, and a separate attestation may be required for experience certificates.

Step 1

You can get the certificate attested by ACCA or the British Council. You'll need to submit your ACCA certificate to the local British Council office in Pakistan for attestation, as per our guidance on ACCA Global

The British Council will likely only attest documents after ACCA has pre-verified them.

Step 2:

After the British Council or ACCA attestation, you'll need to take your certificate to the local office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for attestation. The regional offices are located in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Pakistan in Istanbul

Additional information

For experience certificates, you will likely need an attestation from ACCA Pakistan first.

Contact the MOFA or the British Council for a comprehensive list of required documents and any specific procedures, including potential fees, as their requirements can change.
