If you need to update the details of your practice, you must notify ACCA by submitting a change of details request.
You should use this process if you need to update any of the following.
The name of your firm
Your firm's address
The composition of your firm
The services your firm provides
The sectors your firm operates in
Important information for incorporated firms
If your firm is incorporated and you need to change the firm name, you must complete the incorporation notification form instead of the change of details form.
Who should submit the request
All change of details requests or incorporation notifications must be submitted by the contact partner of the firm.
How to request a change
To request a change to your practice details, select the Contact us button at the bottom of this page. If you're not already signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in to your online account before you can submit your request.
This will allow the contact partner to submit the request and attach the appropriate completed form. You can find the relevant forms on the practitioner forms page.
If your firm is a non-audit practice, complete the Practice Change of Details Notification form.
If your firm is a UK registered audit practice, complete the UK audit firm change notification form.
If your firm is an Ireland registered audit practice, complete the Ireland audit firm change notification form.
If your firm is incorporated and changing the firm name, complete the incorporation notification form.
Providing the correct completed form and any relevant supporting documents will help us process your request as quickly as possible.
If the required form is not included, or the incorrect form is submitted, we may need to contact you for further information before we can process your request.
