Exam statement of accounts are issued quarterly after the exam late entry.
Please note that once issued, Statements of Account can only be amended in cases of system error.
We are aware of an issue where some partners were billed early for September exam entry fees. This will be resolved in advance of the exam billing date.
We strongly recommend reviewing your exam billing arrangements and connected individuals before an exam booking is made and before the billing date to help prevent billing issues.
Please be aware that amending or deleting a billing arrangement for exam fees will not remove liability for exam fees that were booked and purchased while an individual was covered by an active billing arrangement. If an exam booking was completed before the billing arrangement was amended or deleted, and the arrangement covered the applicable exam fee at the time of booking, the fee will still be charged to your organisation and included on your next Statement of Account for exams.
