The Beijing Municipal Government is looking to attract high-level talent including ACCA and FCCA qualified members. There are 110 overseas qualifications listed as a "needed qualification", one of which is the ACCA fellowship status, FCCA.
We're excited to support our ACCA and FCCA members with their futures, so we'll endorse the FCCA's application by issuing a recommendation letter to the Beijing Overseas Professional Qualification Inquiry and Verification Service platform, provided the FCCA satisfies the verification requirements.
FCCA Talent Programme
In order to be eligible for the FCCA Talent Programme, applicants must:
Be certified as an Intermediate Accountant in China (中级会计师职称) OR have held a practicing certificate in CICPA for at least 5 years; AND
Be an active FCCA.
With a recommendation letter and other supporting documents, FCCAs in Beijing are welcome to apply for a certificate equivalent to China’s Advanced Accountant qualification.
Renewal of FCCA Recommendation Letter
The letter is valid for one year. When the recommendation letter expires, you can apply for renewal.
However, applicants who have not been certified as an Intermediate Accountant in China (中级会计师职称) OR have not held a practicing certificate in CICPA for at least 5 years are no longer eligible for renewal.
ACCA Talent Programme (FCCA excluded)
Active members who have not yet become FCCAs can apply for the intermediate-level programme instead.
